Like anyone buying a 25 year old home, we had a list of issues we wanted addressed before we moved in. Simple right? Wrong. After many phone calls, and broken appointments from unreliable "Handymen", we fixed those issues ourselves then moved our real estate repair, conservation and management business here with us.
We have always loved fixing things. Repair knowledge is not enough without experience. From woodworking to electrical installation, We have fostered all of the skills you need for household repairs and improvements.

All of our estimates cost $49.00. This includes a highly detailed list and pictures of all the work requested by the customer.
Once we make our suggestions and recommendations a comprehensive list of materials and time needed to complete the work will be provided.
If we set an appointment, when the final invoice is submitted, you will see a $ 49.00 "rebate" on credit card used to set the appointment. This makes the estimate free.
If however, we don't come to an agreement, the $ 49.00 covers the Project Managers time and cost to provide you with the information you requested for use in your future plans.
We will work with your adjuster to make sure you are getting the highest quality work for the best pricing possible.
If the adjuster is in agreement, we can be paid directly for your claim.
However,
f there is a difference in repair cost, we will provide you with any documentation you need to file for any reimbursement.
We communicate with you every step of the way. If we can see that we will not have the work completed by the agreed-upon time, or there have been change orders effecting the job, we will reach out to you right way to keep you updated on the work progress.
